Village at Grants Mill loves your furry friends! Our community allows up to two pets per apartment home. We require a $300 non-refundable fee ($100 for second pet) and $10 monthly pet rent per pet. Our restricted breed list includes Pit Bull Terriers (full and mixed), Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepard, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids, Great Danes, Presa Canario's, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes and Siberian Huskies.
